By availing services from Ishan Sofa Repairing Center, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Service Scope

• We offer sofa repair, recliner repair, sofa cum bed repair, L-type sofa repair, 3-seater repair, and sofa cleaning across Delhi-NCR.
• Services are provided on-site or off-site depending on the condition and requirements.

2. Booking & Inspection

• Bookings can be made via phone, WhatsApp, or our website.
• Pricing before inspection is indicative only. Final pricing is shared after physical inspection.

3. Pricing & Payment

• Prices depend on sofa size, material, damage, and parts required.
• Full payment is required upon service completion unless stated otherwise.
• Advance may be required for fabric replacement or custom materials.

4. Repair Warranty

• We offer a limited 30-day service warranty covering only the work done.
• Warranty does not cover misuse, accidents, pests, water/fire damage, or natural wear and tear.

5. Pickup & Delivery (if applicable)

• Pickup and delivery charges may apply for off-site repairs.
• We are not liable for delays or damage due to transportation or unforeseen events.

6. Customer Responsibilities

• Ensure clear access to the furniture and remove personal items beforehand.
• Disclose any existing issues or prior repairs before we begin work.

7. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Appointments can be rescheduled 12 hours in advance without charges.
• Same-day cancellations may incur a visit fee if the technician is already dispatched.

8. Liability Disclaimer

• We are not responsible for indirect or incidental damages during/after service.
• Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for that specific service.

9. Use of Materials

• We use high-quality foam, fabric, leather, and parts.
• Custom materials once selected and cut/used are not returnable.

10. Policy Updates

• We may update these terms anytime without prior notice. Latest terms will always be available on our website.
